Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Taco bell is taco bell, it is good for fast eating. the service is either excellent or complete. some days it is great and I really enjoy going through the drive thru. it's crazy how someone behind a window can make a difference in their day. I wish everyone hired can do that. there is a young man who works there, he always has a smile on his face and he super polite. makes my day much better. eating is always right in the regular, but as with any fast food chain. it is made fast and looks nothing like the adverts. but for quick eating it is one of my top 5 picks. this review is for lake city, florida taco bell on hwy 90

I don't write reviews, but this place was so rude. I forgot to ask for a sweet tee, so I asked for one in the window and the girl said, "If I call you for one, they'll kick me out." When I got my food, I saw that there were no wobbles. the dame said: “I have to bother you for some.” she was not there, so she asked the chefs whether they put it on and the girl in the back said: “yes, bye!” a classic case when they hate her job, they don’t take it on people who ask what she pays.

Coworkers in which they act as if they were not there very bad interaction with customers I would ask me xtra tb soße n her coworkers asked me what was that I really asked to huh burrito and coworkers looked at me as if I was crazy so not very satisfied with customer service and fyi my order was over 50

I love Taco Bell. My food was freshly made and delicious. The drink tasted good too. Will be returning.

This is one of the best Taco Bells in the state of Florida. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff are very polite. And the portion sizes of ingredients are what they should be, this location isn't skimping when they make your burritos or tacos.
