Restaurant bewertenI love panda express but the manager today was so impatient and rude to my man when she commanded the drive thru. He usually does not go to panda so that he is not familiar with the menu. we have clearly heard that they take a big sigh and the big box elements they contain. long story short he didn't even get what he actually ordered my order also did not contain the angus bark that I paid for extra most sweet, so I went in and asked to talk to the manager and so I found out that the same person who took the job was the manager she repaired me another plate, but she was very rude and in spite of it. nice that this is not my normal boule
I came to this place twice, manager jasmine is very rude, she does not finish ordering with us and went to serve another customer, she speaks through her teeth as if they do not want to ask about eating, manageria abilities 0, we love panda express, the whole rest of the team was really nice.
Very rude. monica or something. was rude. she cuddled at a customer because they only throw food on a teller when the guy asked a question. I'll never be. then the customer threatened by saying they want to fight. very unprofessional. I came in with my family. I'll file a complaint to the office tomorrow.
02/05/2022Last review was last time I went. Rated it 2 because of lack of customer service. Now again related to the same disconnect of employees customers. Here's a suggestion for anyone who may read this and works for Panda Express. Follow the Chick-fil-A model: state back the order you hear then say, Certainly My Pleasure I ordered abigger plate pepper steak. I've never had was told they no longer give samples (guess why...SURPRISE!!! BC of COVID). Not Rocket Surgery to resolve. Put it in a paper condiment cup like McDonald's used to have (or come up with your own corporate solution) I can do it, do can you!The food again was good, however I only got the plate size not the bigger plate I ordered. I sat down inside then realized I didn't get what I ordered. Checked my receipt they hadn't charged me however I still wanted the extra order bc it's too much rice otherwise IMO. I went back to get the extra order was clear what I ordered I didn't get nor was I charged but wanted and would pay. So he rang it up I paid then while sitting eating realized it was almost $7 for what I just got which was ab 60% as much as the whole order where there's only a $2.50 difference. Now I've only had a couple bites I'm back in line for 2nd time after getting my food.The guy was unsure when I explained so he went to get the book to put my info in so if I can't back I could get something free. I asked for the manager who didn't come but the same girl who said I didn't hear you who'd also said that twice to others while I've been standing there. There was a very difficult conversation trying to get them to understand that I've been charged a meal price for something that should only be $2.50. The manager was actually cooking but clearly can see hear the issue as he's only 5' away. Finally after me being in the store over½hrs not eating anything the issue was resolved by someone else who came over apparently understood could work the register. No apology, no discount, nothing. Customer service sucks here and until someone address the problem I'm giving this Panda 1 rating. Stay Away from this particular Panda or you'll get what they give you.Side note.... If you have employees with disabilities AWESOME. HOWEVER make appropriate accommodations for them. If they're hard of hearing, taking orders may not be the best position or maybe it's lack of focus or maybe training to repeat what they think they've heard (SHAZAM PROBLEMS SOLVED. I also don't know what's up with this 1 either as they recently re-opened Inside but now all the patio furniture was tipped over so now Inside dining is open but you can't sit on the patio? Maybe there's a reason but I wouldn't care to guess...Normally I'd say great food and service...Today foods hot and so is the attitude from the cashier. Didn't acknowledge me waiting, once she came to ring me up she didn't speak nor look at me, took my card w/o so much as a peep or look then processed the payment handing me my card and yet again. Wait for it ...Yep! No look, thanks, not even a peep? Whatever it is it wasn't me. Avoid Panda today, tomorrow and Friday. I hear she's working all week.
Out of the same stuff all the time, and the food tastes old pretty often, I tried to order one time at nine and they were very rude to me, I could tell they didn't want to make my food or serve me. I work In a restaurant and they really need to do better, its just sad at this point I won't go there again.
