Huddle House - Jacksonville

I had breakfast with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the ambiance. It was nice to see several friends there as well.

Had breakfast with family. Enjoy the food and the atmosphere. We saw several people we knew.

The waitress was rude to my table and to a group that arrived after us. My mother received her meal, but I chose not to eat because of her attitude. Additionally, she locked the door, preventing anyone else from entering, and it was only 4 PM. This restaurant definitely needs a complete overhaul.

It seemed like the cook had a hostile attitude towards the waitstaff and other cooks, which made the situation uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced a wait longer than an hour at any Huddle House, and the customers sitting next to us at the counter were equally unhappy with their lengthy wait. In fact, the cook even told the waitress not to bother him because he was only cooking one order at a time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The food was outstanding, and the staff was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
