Firehouse Subs St. Johns Town Center

Called in to pick up my curbside order and Devin answered the phone and was perfect at getting everything I needed. Brought my food out with little wait and was super kind.

They had nothing. i ordered hook and ladder extra mayo no onions. all i got was meat and a slight bit of mayo. not even the lettuce or tomato was on it.edit: manager contacted and remade the sub a lot better. i am grateful that management cares for its customers.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I placed a catering order more than 24 hours in advance, and they canceled it just ten minutes before the scheduled delivery. This left me in a really difficult situation with my bosses, as it was for a work event. I do not recommend this place.

They went above and beyond during a very busy time to help me get my food to my car. I truly appreciate their assistance. It was a special order, and they prepared it perfectly. Thank you for your hard work, especially on such a busy day!

Always a fantastic experience! This restaurant is conveniently located on my way home from work and close to a major shipping hub. I recommend avoiding peak hours, but aside from that, the atmosphere is pleasant and the place is kept clean.
