Captain D's - Jacksonville

It's a long time since I had Captain D's, and after my last experience, it'll probably take a long time before I do it again. I understand that help is difficult to come and therefore the weight will not be criticized. However, the order came wrong, and I was overloaded a lot, but was wasted as long as I did, I was just not disturbing to go back. Sometimes it's easy not to go back as it is to try to sort out something.

Eating was good order Taker confused, but it was right. It took some time to get food, but it was hot and fresh. Do not eat Captain D's often, but if I do, it consistently good, hot, fresh when it gets, just ready to wait. You need more Captain D is in the states.

A worker met me outside to ask what I wanted because they were from almost everything... then I ordered a few things they had, 20 minutes later I made it to the window to ask what my order was. Then they put it together. Very poor. It looks like this side of the city, there are always problems with the staff and camp. The more they are paid, the less they want to work

Rude! Ordered a pickup DoorDash order got a text saying it was ready , get to the store (45 minutes after I placed order) and they hadn?t even started the food yet! Cashier said ?YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND LEAVE IF YOU WANT? why would I leave without getting the food that I already paid for? She huffed and puffed until I literally just left because I don?t want nobody handling my food that already can?t handle being at work. Unfortunately this is the only captain ds in the area.

This is the catfish and shrimp combo I just ordered; I ate one hush puppy. Can you even see the tiny piece of catfish?
