Restaurant bewertenI came here this evening for dinner. And I?ve been coming here since they have opened. When they first opened the customer service was excellent and they would always get order right. Today they got order wrong after repeating several times what I wanted and asking for extra zax sauce. This has happened every single time that I?ve been coming lately and the customer service is unfriendly and impatient. They try to rush your order and then of course get it wrong. They completely left off one whole order and no extra zax sauce. So I had to go through line all over again. I pray that the managers her please retrain their evening staff and teach them to be patient, friendly, and how to properly take a order.
It's before closing. The website says ?OPEN?, but the door was locked. We went to the drive-through and the person taking orders says, ?I have taken my last order for the night!? But two other vehicles in front of us gave their orders and were getting food. Why? No wonder these places are going out of business. The owners aren't there to run their businesses and their employees make up the rules as they go. It was a little after nine when we went to Zaxby's. Nowhere near their advertised closing time.
Sandwich combo was delicious and a great deal. Chicken fingers, on the other hand, are WAY overpriced, especially since mine were tossed in the wrong sauce.
They keep half of your food. Tell you to pull up to the rail and still give you cold food. Especially at night. They have billed my card several times for the same meal. Been trying to get information almost a week. Do not use credit ???? card here!! Spoke with GENERAL MANAGER and still nothing!!! The owners need to honestly start over with a whole new crew. Not enough communication/Young crew and management/Slow drive thru/ Messed up card machine in changing times =Loss of
So my wife goes in and orders my sandwich just to find out that the employee told her she could just grab mustard packs like really Zaxby's are your employees so lazy that they don't wanna put a squirt of mustard on a sandwich when it's originally ordered that way. Not impressed at all with store or it's rude employees.
