Long John Silver's - Jackson

Fish was soggy, fries were off, seemed like they serve different brand? Felt like I only received 1order side style when I wanted double for my 2 sides.

5-6 times ordered and always hot and correct. can't ask for more.

I have lived in another condition for 5 years that have no long john silver, so I went there and ordered a lot to eat. everything was really fat, nothing was fresh and very hard. I thought I'd break a tooth trying to puppy the hush. I spent $46 getting a lot of food for everyone and ended up throwing 95% of it in the garbage. I don't think they changed their oil in the month. and I'm pretty sure they don't make the food fresh, they'll probably leave it under the heat lamp.

Very happy and friendly service. great food and fast services. the window worker was lol and very happy that he lit up our day.

My husband just went through Long John Silvers N West Ave., Jackson, Michigan about 30 minutes ago picking up three orders of your six for six chicken planks. He gets home and we have three orders with three pieces of chicken however paid for the six for six. We have called the storefront four or five times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Very disappointing I will not be able to get him to go there again for me. Gee thanks very much!! We would go back to the store right now but it would cost us more in gas then we’re willing to pay. The one positive is the girl that waited on him at the counter my husband says was delightful.
