Restaurant bewertenThis location has gone downhill in recent years. It's often dirty, with unclean tables, overflowing condiment containers, and a lack of napkins. There always seems to be a shortage of staff, and the inability to combine online orders with in-person orders leads to very slow and disappointing customer service. Frequently, they will stop taking in-person orders and only accept online ones, which is quite frustrating.
I had a disappointing experience with both the food delivery and the dining in situation. First, the restaurant was not clean, making it difficult to enjoy my meal. They really need to provide a proper serving size for each item ordered; I had to remind them several times. As for the delivery, my food arrived lukewarm at best. Additionally, my order was mixed up with the wrong items. It’s frustrating that we can select our preferences on the app, only for them to be disregarded. I also had to be extra vigilant in ensuring that I received the steak I had requested. Overall, it was not a good experience.
The online ordering system is quite chaotic; it would actually be quicker to place your order in person. I had another issue with my online order where they replaced the sauces I had ordered without informing me. The food itself is decent, and there are outdoor seats with covers available.
That's the worst Chipotle location I've ever been, and I've gone several times to see if I was on a bad day, and every time it's a hot chaos. they are always out of many things, can never be fast enough on camp. this last Saturday was by far the worst, and we decided never to come back. first, online orders were not done, people waited for 45 minutes to eat, and when we were asked for a refund, we were told that we called a 1-800 number. all their drinks were empty, along with cutlery and serviettes, and yet they still took orders for drinks. and the manager never came out to deal with angry customers, so the cashier had to do with everyone I felt bad because it wasn't her fault. it is really a management problem, not enough employees to keep the demand. they save their money and eat them elsewhere.
I ordered for pickup to be ready about 20 minutes after I ordered (you can set times to pickup by). I got there. The staff ignored me for at least 5 minutes, maybe longer, even though they only had a few customers and had spare staff members to assist me. Finally they came and asked if I had a pickup order, I gave them the name, and they printed out the ticket and started working on it. It was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I was awkwardly standing around for 10 minutes total. Overall the staff were pretty rude. The food tasted okay but pretty sure it gave both me and my girlfriend mild food poisoning which seems to be pretty common with Chipotle apparently. Never again.
