Restaurant bewertenI am disappointed with the quality of food I received at your McDonald's restaurant in Islington chapel market Angel on 7/11/23. The chicken burger I ordered did not meet my expectations for McDonald's standards.
We placed our order in person at 3am. After waiting for 2 hours, we were still waiting for our number 29 while number 80s were being served. When we spoke to the staff, we were told that sometimes it could take up to 4 hours. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had.
I asked the server for a barbecue sauce and she threw onto my tray with a dirty look and no politeness whatsoever. My apologies for asking for a sauce! It's not the first time staff have been provocatively rude when I've been here. I've seen this rude attitude with many other customers here. The managers need to remember that they are in the United Kingdom and a surely attitude to customers is not acceptable. This branch is filth and other reviews reflect this. The American founders of McDonald's would turn in their graves if they saw this place! Sort it out guys!
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! There is NO hygiene here staff don’t wash their hands when preparing food, tables/floors always dirty. When you ask staff to wipe table, they use smelly dirty rags. Takes 15 20 minutes for your food to be done, seems very poorly run.
Unhygienic! Witnessed staff member exiting what is one of the filthiest toilet's I've ever witnessed he held the germ ridden door then proceeded to go into the food area without washing his hands! and started packing orders!! I felt like retching couldn't believe what I'd seen. I spoke to him and he didn't appear to understand English also the order wasn't complete and it was cold complained re the entire fiasco, but the owners response was inadequate to state the least never again! I nor anyone I know will never venture into another McDonalds again, as this dismal franchise for has seen to that.
