Restaurant bewertenThe hotel is located in the Stripe shopping center with the 24 Hour Fitness Center, and Montessori Center, which limits your parking space. Currently only orders and a limited outdoor seating area. Authentic Japanese cuisine and great lunch specialties combinations! Cold Soba noodles with a generous bowl of spicy tuna. The spicy tuna sauce is completely addictive; creamy, spicy and fresh yellowfin tuna! I loved the diving sauce for the soft Soba noodles.
As someone who goes here all the time, the Udon is consistently great, and they serve the best Udon in Irvine. The noodles are beautiful and chewing, and the broth is good. Your spicy tuna bowl is also a nice side dish to go with the Udon. When I first dived, I got a little uncomfortable, as the tables are so close together. The middle of the restaurant is even worse because there is a large table with connected seats where everyone can sit. The layout is not ideal, but it was worth it for the Udon. Recently since the pandemic they have only takeout and no din in. They now give you the Udon and broth in separate containers, so that the noodles do not get soggy, which is good for the taste, but it is regrettable because there are more costs and waste. You also raised the price of spicy tuna don and it is now an additional fee if you get it in the combination menu. Also with price increase and takeover, the Udon is just a good one as before and I highly recommend this place!
I lived in Tokyo for three years, so I was looking for good Japanese food. Fukada delivered! I went before they opened on a weekday and joined the queue of the people. I sat at the bar and ordered gyoza and katsudon. The Katsudon came with a salad and mixed soup that's a lot. Everything was delicious! I went back another day for dinner at 6:00 and sat right away. I tried the Oyakodon back then and it was also very good, although I prefer the Katsudon. This place will be a regular place for me!
Pretty good Japanese food. You can combine and combine a lot of options from your combo menu – noodles, rice, salad, rolls. I have the Sansai (mountain plant) hot Soba nodes and seafood salad. Was surprised how big the portions were... definitely a filling meal. The Soba was very tasty and chewing and I loved the mountain vegetables – whatever they were – a mixture of roots and green, Lol. Very tasteful. The seafood salad came with huge sea snails of salmon and Albacore tuna over a bed of mixed greens. The miso dressing was delicious, but very salty.
