Restaurant bewertenDespite all this, my burrito did turn out to be chicken. I called the manager for help and explained the situation, including that just 15 minutes earlier, I was wearing shorts, flip-flops, and had a bandana on my right arm. The manager said she would look into it. It feels like the staff are being rewarded for their mistakes, much like someone getting away with a crime. The restaurant seems to cater to wealthy customers while disregarding the rest of us. I had to deal with an unfortunate case of food poisoning after my meal. The apartment I’m in is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. You might end up paying for junk food.
They currently do not offer a military discount. Having visited several Chipotle locations before, I found the staff here to be quite rude when informing me of this.
In the Grain Freedom Bowl, the dish was overly watery and everything was drenched. There was barely any chicken included. They provided dressing, but it wasn’t sealed properly and leaked all over the bag. As for the Chips Queso Blanco, I found a piece of chicken in the cheese sauce. The cheese sauce was still tasty, but I wasn’t expecting to find chicken in it.
My bowl barely resembled a burrito shell; it was essentially just guacamole with a side dish. My bowl was overwhelmed with guacamole, which could have been prevented if they had actually lined the bottom of the bowl with rice. Unfortunately, there was only a small amount of rice at the bottom, just half a portion. For $10, I feel cheated.
I received three pieces of meat, a half scoop of rice, and an excessive amount of lettuce. I spent $15 on a meal that I usually can't finish in one sitting, and after just four bites, I'm almost done. It's quite disappointing.
