Sweet Frog - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

I just love this place. My whole family enjoys the variety and I appreciate there is always at least one delicious dairy free option. Plus the huge selection of toppings can't be beat.

We were the only customers there and the floors were filthy. About half of the machines weren't working and the catchers were full of melted yogurt that appeared to be there for hours if not days. I don't know if they have new owners or what, but Sweet Frog has gone downhill and we won't be going back.

Google will say they are open but you drive there and they are closed. Even the sign on the door with hours shows they are open. It?s hard explaining to a excited child your sorry they are just bad business owners and don?t actually open when they say they will

Extremely high priced, and the employee wasn't able to answer questions about variety availability. Lack of options was disappointing.

I love sweet frog, but this location and the lady working here really needs to keep the place and herself clean! She always looks sloppy and is very rude. She will be in the back on her phone and doesn?t check to see if anyone is in the front! Iv seen many people just waiting on her to come to ring them up! She?s looks unhappy and only likes certain people ! Very sad
