Authentic and Delicious. Great Koshary and the Macarona (Egyptian Lasagna)!

Hang out on Summit and enjoy some flavorful middle eastern food. We loved the falafel sandwich and the flavorful thick grainy hummus. Friendly owner. Did I mention the excellent baklava? We went back to buy more.Vegetarian options: Good variety of veg options.

I love koshary king! I had never tried Koshary before trying it here, and I love the flavors and textures that it brings together, not to mention it’s filling too! The messaka (marinated eggplant with peppers) with pita is one of my new favorites too it’s so fresh and flavorful and brings a nice balance of acid and sweetness. Definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: Speaking as a vegetarian, there are plenty of suitable options here!!

Ordered Koshari catering for 15 people. Everyone loved it! Food was tasty and fresh. The sauces were flavorful and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again!
