We have been here about 6 times in that's month and a half. They are blaming new manager for not ordering food correctly. Every single time they DON'T HAVE CHILI OR POTATOES. I OPENED this store when they first came to ionia and we never were able to run out of one of the MAIN food items. Sounds like they are too lazy to make afternoon chili. Some one needs to get a handle on this store. It's nothing to borrow from another store. Disappointed you lost 5 customers when we walked back out besides another group. The last couple of times I've been here the staff is overwhelmed and overworked. This time I waited a LONG time to pick up my mobile order and had to point out several items that were missed. Once home the food tasted Wendy's-standard, which is fine. But, from now on I need to remember that the service can be a crapshoot. Very rude non professional very quick to rush while ording drive thru and not letting you complete your order...... don't recommend Greenville Wendy's Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
