Restaurant bewertenTried ordering a cake by calling the store, first employee hung up, second employee told me I needed to order 24 hours in advance to get a pre-made 8 inch (not special order) cake out of the customer freezer in the store. Horrible customer service.
Today around 4 pm, the burgers, fries and onion rings I received looked identical to the commercials and menu board, it was all perfectly cooked and looked and tasted beyond amazing.. the store was overly clean and neat and so were the workers.. everyonewas respectful, smiling, and was one of the greatest experiences I've had with dairy queen ever.. thank you so much Sunday 4 pmshift today, you were above and beyond.. everyone there deserves an applause..
Order :AAA5AK4YAJAF 10/15/22 No soft serve available when I came through the drive through. I understand these things happen but when we had Maintence problems when I worked at DQ, we would hang a sign at the order box indicating that the machine isbroken. But the main reason for the 1 star review. It took just under 20 Mins to get a child's chicken strip kids meal (2 stripsand maybe 4oz of fries) with no cars in front of us. Again knowing exactly how long it takes to deep fry the chicken strips andfries, 6 mins should be more than ample time. Plus it was lunch time, Bad Management.
Don?t give me a 20 minute wait time for pickup if it?s going to take 45 minutes. The Lobby doors are always closed in the evening so ordering online for pickup is pointless. You sit in the drive thru line forever. At least let us know in the app thatthe inside is closed. Pay your workers more or hire more employees. Owner of this store needs to figure it out.
Great hometown place. The parking lot is horrendous and tiny. It's not uncommon to see lines for the drive thru out onto the street. If your pulling a trailer, good luck getting over the parking bumper, hitting the tree and driving through the neighborsparking lot to get out. (Seen it) Average staff friendliness.
