Restaurant bewertenIf you order in the drive tru, it says fast food, but it is “please park in the waiting bay” as it is fast food
After receiving the wrong order and trying various methods to get the attendant's attention, including yelling and honking my horn, we were told to wait for the correct order without an apology. The manager then came out and bluntly advised me not to honk my horn next time to get the staff's attention, as it echoes through the restaurant. Despite trying to communicate in other ways, I was told I am now banned from the restaurant and several others in the area. No problem, I'll stick to Hungry Jacks from now on.
I took my five grandchildren to this restaurant on Monday after the movies. I don't typically go to McDonald's, so it was quite an experience, especially with five little ones. I thought it would be easy to just order five Happy Meals, but the menu had so many variations that it was overwhelming. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, an employee approached us and offered to help us with our order using the self-order kiosk. He was incredibly patient, taking each child's order individually and accommodating all of their changes of mind. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but I truly appreciated his assistance and service. Positive reviews for fast food establishments are rare these days, but this one was truly earned. Additionally, the restaurant was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and pleasant-smelling the restroom was. Fantastic job, young man, and my apologies for not getting your name.
The best part of the mcdonalds I like is their coffee with a three dollar ad on and they are certainly family-friendly because children can play in the children's area.
Very busy corner and should be a real hub. Has a playground for children. Limited seats. Average performance.
