Tamales Etc - Indianapolis

ELOTE first of all. Was awesome. Shes it was on a stick not q cup which is great. And second the ladog was ????????????. I love bacon. And I still have a tamale to go. Really good. All for $7.

We ordered red chicken tamales and I order a red pork tamal. They were great, lots of flavor and they were not stingy with the meat. I like that. Definitely returning to this place. The place is tiny but very clean. The owner told us that if we wanted larger quantities to call ahead and they will have them ready for us. Now that's 100 customer service!!????

I ordered 1 of each of pork and beef tamales. The food delivered nice and hot and fresh. I liked the beef more than the pork but it could have been filled just a little more. Overall it was really good!

If you're in or near the near-west-side, Tamales Etc. is a cool lil local taco/tamale spot. This place has a modest menu, hittin the basics and keepin the prices reasonable. They're on top of the on-trend menu items like birria tacos with consomme, Hot Cheeto burritos, asada fries, elote (street corn), churros, etc. The service at Tamales Etc. is excellent. The facility is modest, but if you've grown up with a good little taco shop in your neighborhood, you're going to feel right at home.

Delicious and authentic. I recommend their Mexican pizzas. ?
