Boston Market - Indianapolis

I would like to give a big Thank You to Samara the manager at this location and her staff. She went above and beyond her job to make my order right due to an miscommunication. Due to the store closing on Friday because of the AC not working my order was canceled which I was not aware of that. I proceeded to call the store and did not reach anyone until Saturday. I eventually was able to talk to her and she was very professional and understanding of my daughter and I not receiving our food. To shorten this story she took it upon herself and personally prepared my order with a few goodies for my grandchildren and delivered it to me.

To shorten this story, she took it up and prepared my order personally with a few goodies for my grandchildren and gave it to me.

Staff were very nice when ordering and in the window when driving thru. I helped get a food combination. Good price. Not too big. Chicken dark meat was really good. Had corn and rice with a drink. I'm going back and I recommend it.

Saved thanksgiving day. long story short. the refrigerator went out after we bought everything for Thanksgiving. all lost. bob evans. waiting was too long and they were out of ham and a few sides. it was a crazy house. So we reassembled and went to boston market. not in the load. there were 3 groups before us. the line moves very fast. we ordered it. they all had sides. had to wait 10 minutes on the truthahn. everything was fresh and delicious. they were very fast and efficient. we have the 3-person dinner and a free whole cake.

Only to give 4 stars because the manager came after an employee and only tried to tell her we had not yet got our food. We had a lot of people coming after us and getting their orders first. Shoutout to Mikayla for trying to get us our food faster! She is 5/5 stars
