Brasas Peruvian Grill - INDIALANTIC

My husband and sister-in-law are originally from Peru and have refined taste for the traditional experience, especially Ceviche, and this is the best! We were in every Peruvian restaurant in the center of Florida and some were really good, this place is always our #1 and never disappointed.

I've been driving Brazas for years and thought I should try. The food was very good. The staff was friendly. The price was very good. Music was too loud to talk to my guest. I'm going back.

The food was delicious in the last two times I tried Brazas. I ordered takeout and it was within 15 minutes or so and I paid in the restaurant. Brazas is Peruvian food known for her chicken. For $22.33 including taxes, I ordered a whole chicken with a small side of fried Yucca (starchy root plant; similar to French pommes, but tastier), and a signature Peruvian creamy cheese sauce “crema a la huancaina”. See pictures of delicious food! Back to my car in parking, a potential new patron said that she heard that the chicken is good and ask if they sell small pieces what they do! Excellent pollination, excellent yuca frita, excellent tostones, excellent rice and beans, excellent sauces, excellent all we have tried so far. Drinks are limited. Water and wine food for 2 usually sets us at $45. (Tipp as you see fit The outdoor tables are picnic style, we never ate. I don't think you can go wrong with Brazas if you like latin food and don't make limited drinks. (I don't think there are refills? Water for victory

As we sat down to dinner, a little appetizer of fried corn with several sauces was delivered. We had some trouble understanding the menu selections, but our waitress kindly stepped us through the options. Many of the choices are best ordered for the table because they are large (or plan for left overs). Everything we tried was delicious and had large portions. We will definitely come back again.
