Pizza Hut - Independence

Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Pizza was hot and fresh. Only issue was that it seemed like they pulled the pizza a little early. Would have liked to been crisper crust since we had ordered thin and crispy!

Worst service ever! After waiting for an hour, I wanted to call three times. Every time someone hung the phone. Finally, someone answered the phone. They were told they had a wrong address! What? Went in like 25 minutes after I placed my order to warn my pizza as I ordered it. We ordered our 2 big pizzas online at 11:00 it said it would be ready at 11:30. We show up and they tell us that it will be 20 minutes or so. So let's go and come back 15-20 minutes later. They tell us it takes 10 minutes. Finally our 2 big pizzas got at 12:30. I'll never be back.
