Great place to eat! My kids are picky eaters and they loved eating here!!!
I got fired asking for FMLA paperwork. These guys refuse to give me my final pay and a notice of a termination. Right before I left, they docked everybody's compensation by $200 a month because they're struggling. Apparently they don't even have the money to clean the black mold and constant standing water out of the kitchen. In the middle of filing several DOL complaints. These people are so freaking dishonest. Initially, they told me I would be getting paid $17 an hour before reducing it to $15 an hour at the last moment. I was initially thankful these guys let me use them as a backup, but it's clear to me that they just can't hold on to employees and they didn't have another option.I'm honestly going to be surprised if this place is still open five years from now. Corporate has all but abandoned maintaining the place, and their profit margins are simply non-existent. Not exactly the kind of place that attracts talented workers. Twenty bucks says they're just trying to squeeze every last drop of money they can before this place is shut down.
Said no cheese, as I 'm lactose intolerant. Guy on the speaker was very short and abrupt and talked over us and didn 't sound like he was listening. Guess what? Put cheese on anyway, had to go back through drive thru, told them politely the guy was like It comes with cheese. We know that, we said very clearly no cheese. Told him that, he 's like I don 't have a headset on. ??? So no apology and the guy was like arguing and not making any sense. He remade it and I didn 't even want to eat it because I didn 't trust it after that.
The food came out very quickly but there is maybe two tablespoons worth of meat on a burrito and about half of 2/3 of the burrito contents was beans. The potatoes were extremely overseasoned and old.
