Taco Bell - Huntsville

You always have a moderate service. There is a middle male employee who works there, who is always rude, so every experience with him is a negative one. Also they always seem to be out of something or have a grill down.

The food tasted good but all the taco shells were broken. It was like eating a broken up taco salad ? without a fork. I almost ate the wrapper a few times trying to eat three crunchy taco supremes. If I was able to dine in I would have asked for a remake of my order. But I drove to the next lot over and I was super hungry and I had other things to do.

It was posted that they were open, but no staff was there. Was locked up with all the lights on but got out of car and saw no signs of staff. Weird. Edit: As of Monday, October 12, they were open and I got a great burrito! and very courteous service. Don't know what was happening before, but they are back.

Service person very friendly, but chips in nachos very very soft ? and didn't get extra meat that was paid for. I wonder if next time I can get everything separate ?, and put it together myself? Like back in the day there was a hamburger place that had a hot side/cold side hamburger that you put together at home.(showing my age now LOL)

I must say I am already partial to Mexican food as it is, however most fast food restaurants would not qualify as Mexican food. Taco Bell is one of the few that I would consider. They have great food great prices most of the time great service. This particular location however, could certainly work on theirs! But the watermelon freeze is worth coming back for if nothing else!
