Restaurant bewertenI don’t know what it is but this location can be a hit or miss; however I’ll take it over University’s location any day. Who ever takes the orders in the morning has no patience and it’s like girl slow down. Then I still get my drinks made wrong, but today took the cake. The young lady at the window attempted to hand me my drink made wrong, then TIRED to hand it to me after she scraped the whip off. No ma’am that’s not going to work for me. After I made it aware that I was not taking it, she began to be nice/nasty. I kind of got a chuckle out of it due to her trying to rush and make my new drink and acting like the parking lot and drive through were packed and had no time for my request for a new drink. (The line and parking lot were not full). I wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately the customer service is terrible.
Manager had and attitude when I asked for a refund on my 8 drink. I had not yet drank the drink. She asked the employee if I paid cash after verifying with me that I did. I spent 30 buying my wife and myself drinks. White Bison is too close for me to spend another penny on poor service. I was refreshed to see some tipped them in pennies for their poor service.
Overall, it was Starbucks; we all know what they have to offer.However, the positive things that I noticed on this visit to the Winchester Rd. location was that as employees were changing shifts, employees still working were very genuinely hollering to tell the exiting employees bye. You could tell they have a great working relationship and culture.Also, one of the bathrooms was out of order. I didn't ask questions, but as I sat working on my laptop drinking my coffee, I noticed a maintenance man come in carrying some tools and a mop/mop bucket heading to the out of order restroom. Immediately, one of the lead staff members thanked him publicly across the store and offered for him to come over once finished to get any coffee or food item on her just for taking care of them. That appreciation was good to see.Seems like a great crew there currently, and as you likely know, good employees and a positive culture mean everything as it directly impacts the customer experience.Great Job team!
Went through drive thru and ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunch. Got to the window and asked why didn't the drinks have extra caramel. The lady at the window asked if I want it in a little cup. What's the point of ordering it with extra.
This location opened right after we moved to the area, which was so convenient. Since then, it's been a main staple for me and my husband. It's so nice picking up a nice treat after a shop at Walmart, or after a long day (or even before a long overnight shift). The staff are always polite and kind. As someone who has extensive experience as a barista I know how difficult people make keeping those traits, so I always appreciate it.
