Restaurant bewertenHad to ask for sweetener for the tea they did not have any substitute sweetener whatsoever when I went back to ask for it at the counter no one was available I had to yell hello hello can I get some help like five times before anybody ever came from the back of the kitchen area gentleman came in behind me and I had to wait to even get waited on very poor service at this location
We ordered two Nashville hot chicken tenders' combo. First, the drinks were trash. When they gave us the food they put mashed potatoes in the bag, instead of fries (the meal comes with fries). My husband went into the KFC and told them we didn't order mashed potatoes, but they told him they ran out of fries. Why not tell us that in the beginning when we were ordering at the intercom??? We would have understood. We had our mouths set on eating some fries. They didn't include the pickles that came with it also!
If I could leave a no star review I would. This location said their drive thru computer went down and asked for me to come inside to order. I ordered and I waited for more than 30 minutes. They prioritize online orders over in store orders. A line a customers formed and 10 people walked out after having to wait.
Had to repeat the order 4 times, they finally read it back to me correctly and still managed to give me the wrong sides, no sauces for the tenders and incorrect drinks. The past three times have been horrendous errors with the order. I know it's our order because the main entree's are correct. This will be our last time to go here.
That was terrible. beyond the chicken is from the menu and no more kartoffel wedges! the pommes ordered instead, but they were old and rough. mac and cheese and kartoffels were also a great disappointment. the line was also super long in passing. I would have gone, but if you were in the line, you're stuck!
