Hardee's - Huntsville

I don’t do this often. First time coming to this place ever on this side of town since iv moved. My total was 14 somthing and I received no hash rounds. I just want to repeat that this was my first visit. Like I just don’t get how it could possibly be that the one time I visit, I get food missing. Fix your management employed or have people pay more attention. It’s very disappointing to sit down after driving 30 mins to find out your food is missing. Never coming back. Sorry

I pulled up to the drive-thru and I was greeted by a very polite employee as a matter of fact I believe he may have been the shift manager I don't recall the man's name but he was super polite and he handled me with complete professionalism and the food was great just like a Hardee's should be this experience is definitely better than the ones that I've had in the past by other parties or Carl's Jr established. I will be visiting this party's again.

The two in H'ville and Madison aren't open when I'm out runnin the roads so I go to the one at 255 and Jordan.Love their burgers but I'm a big fan of the hot ham and cheese.

Takes absolutely forever to get food. Every time I do the drive thru I 'm waiting for significantly longer than fast food should be. Am currently in line and have been for at least 10 minutes, with 4 cars in front of me to the window still. Corporate can 't find this acceptable, can it?

Went through drive thru, still decent food but prices have doubled
