Nice place to pop in. Clean friendly cashier. Unfortunately they don't have a public bathroom.

Everything is always good, the owners always treat me good and provide me with excellent customer service. I needed only a couple cherries for my cousins bday cake, she gave me a whole bunch of them “that was very sweet of her”. They will continue to get my business.

I came in today to get a shake and it didn’t taste right and I mean didn’t taste okay it was like it was expired kinda like what gasoline smells like in a way and when I go up to tell employees they say oh nothing is wrong with it like as if they knew what I tasted..I just think it’s very disrespectful to completely go against what I say when you have no idea what I tasted it was terrible customer service

Yesterday me and my partner visited during the hotter part of the day, and the store had an influx of customers before us. Despite this, the service was still quick, and the employees were kind and helpful. Last but not least, the ice cream was incredible! I would definitely visit again.

The Baskin — Robbins on 1598 Washington Ave Huntington WV has been the best experience I have had at any BR shop....High quality ice cream and toppings…and a wonderful staff.. I just moved to the area but this is going to be my daily summer adventure…yum
