Mojo's Sandwiches - Huntington Beach

I went to a restaurant with four friends for sandwiches and a few drinks during Happy Hour. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had a front patio area. We ordered three different sandwiches to share. All of them were good, but our favorite was the meatless masterpiece. It was made with corned beef, lettuce, tomato, and vegan mayo on sourdough bread. The veg BLT was also a hit, with vegan bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on sourdough bread. The Reuben was good but not our favorite, as it was a bit too rich for our taste. It was made with corned beef and sauerkraut, with the cheese overpowering the sandwich. Each sandwich was large enough for sharing and came with a pickle. The service was good, the quality was great, and they have monthly specials on their Facebook and Instagram pages. However, there was a mistake with the to-go sandwich I ordered for Buttercup. I wanted the meatless masterpiece but received the crisp veggie instead. Buttercup was disappointed as I had raved about the meatless masterpiece. The sandwich was messy with too much mayo, but it still tasted good.

I have only had the vegan BLT so far, but it was delicious! The atmosphere is local and friendly, making it a great place to grab a drink with friends. I am excited to try their other vegan sandwiches and hope they will add even more options.
