The service at this restaurant is consistently slow. Even when there are no other customers, it takes at least 15 minutes to receive my order. If there are already people waiting, I know to just leave and find another place to eat.

Despite its branding of "BEST SERVICE," this restaurant's general manager left much to be desired. I received two incorrect tacos which I discovered when I got to work to eat them later. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction, the manager provided no satisfactory explanation for the mistake. The yolks from one of the tacos were even all over the bag. The manager simply repeated that there was nothing he could do. This was the worst experience I have had with a general manager over something as trivial as two tacos. To make matters worse, I was abruptly hung up on. I have never been spoken to in such a horrible manner, especially by a general manager. I will be sure to share this terrible experience with others. This occurred at the Gulf Freeway location. I urge the restaurant to reconsider its values and provide better training for its managers.

After filling up my gas tank, I went into the store and was immediately overwhelmed by the loud rap music playing. The clerk was casually sitting on top of the counter. I asked if they had ice cream, and she seemed confused. After repeating my question, she gestured to her left. I made my way to the freezer but was put off by the prices and the persistently loud music. I had to leave and won't be returning to this place.
