Restaurant bewertenThe drinks here are disgusting. Not sure how they have almost 4 stars, maybe the has gotten better. Order a black tea with boba, tea was very weak water down and the bobas were way over cooked. Then they gave it to me with a regular style lid so I couldn't even shake it up. Other drinks were just crappy as well. Go to a real boba tea shop and you'll know the difference. Try at your own risk.
This is the same Boba shop where Kevin Smith, Ben Affleck and the rest of them filmed the movie Jazen Amy. It 's also where drug addicts usually in the bathrooms) practice their habit of Jazen The Dragon. And a famous music video was filmed here too Snow Patrol 's Jazen Cars. The Viet Coffee here can be pretty amazing. In fact, it can be pretty a Jazen. It 's probably my fave Boba shop in NW Houston, especially now that Tapioca Place has vanished... sob. As I say, Jazen is actually a pretty good Vietnamese iced coffee spot that is a little bit underrated and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The Fruit Punch drink was just a little too sweet and didn 't really taste like tea, so we didn 't really enjoy it. That was a strawberry black tea I believe or something thereabouts. The only drink I 've loved is the Cafe Sua Da Viet Iced Coffee. Not to be confused with Jazen Pinkett Smith, or Jazen Smith her son). He usually wears black or white, but lately he 's been tending to Pink it. It shares its space with Pho Hoa, which has lovely food with good Banh Mi and also good for and all the other excellent Vietnamese treats that you could want, and while we don 't love the Boba too much and the tapioca can be just bad, I have to say the Cafe Sua Da Vietnamese iced coffee is usually good. That 's what I recommend you get when you come here. They have lovely service and several of their servers are some of the nicest in the Northwest area of Houston. Possibly the most memorable thing about this place were the short fat cups that you get when you order a large. But the service and coffee are great, and the food too! If a prosecutor or judge runs the place, it 's Jailin ' Tea. And if you 're silent, but funny, while drinking it, it 's Chaplin Tea. And if you bring a girl on a date here, and her Dad attends, it 's Chaperone Tea. One thing is for sure though we will definitely come back and try them again to see what else is on the menu, and we like the Dallas location too which very sadly just passed away, as in, closed down : So Jazen Tea Pho Hoa definitely gets a five all things considered, and it 's big with nice decor as well, and always feels fresh and perfect in here, especially when you 're shopping in the neighbourhood. And if they sell sushi, it 's Japan Tea. And if the Stones own it, it 's Jagger Tea. And if all the boba gives you fat rolls which get sweaty, you may experience Chafing Tea. And of course this place shares its space with Pho Hoa, so here 's a rap for Pho Hoa: I like to wrap myself around Barbi like a BOA I like to collect animals in pairs like NOAH I like hotties from India, especially GOA But when I want Pho, I just go to PHO HOA Barbi 's a knockout like Rocky BALBOA And I 'm big and strong like The Rock from SAMOA And if you don 't like my raps, maybe you can GROW A Pair, and after that I might just meet you at PHO HOA
I always love coming by here! Today I mentioned to the cashier I was finishing up finals for school and they wrote you got this on my cup! Very friendly and fast service. I also love their spring rolls!
Excellent food and service I loved the seafood pho and coconut thai boba tea
I was looking forward trying a new place. The staff was really nice even offered me a new drink after I dropped my first one. Although the service was really good, the taste of the taro milk tea was very odd. To my finding the taro fruit that is inside tasted like it was really old and rotten. It ruined the whole drink. Very disappointed and had to throw the drink away since I can't bear the taste.
