Panera Bread - Houston

Had my order delivered and both my drink and food were appropriately secured to prevent tampering. Highly appreciated, especially for the drink.

I have been ordering Panera every now and then and the chipotle chicken avocado my favorite was tasting a bit different.Today I ordered my pick two the same sandwich and my broccoli cheddar soup….Lord this sandwich was fire! I have been waiting for it to taste like this since I remember . Who ever is in there whipping it up and made my sandwich ?you have real hands of a chef! Thank you so much!!! I smashed it? I hope you make my next meal when I order.

Good food, terrible service. Third day, third complaint for Panera on their website, and still no response. Order pick up via drive thru be right with you so I have to wait two minutes with a window down in 98 degrees waiting, waiting, waiting ... finally just pull up to the window, where ... no one is even ahead of me. Honk the horn see three staff in side, who just ignore me. Ended up parking and going inside to pickup, where I am told I am impatient. Yeah, that 's the problem here, I 'm impatient. What 's the point of a pick up drive thru???At some point, when the comprehension of 'hospitality ' is this bad, I can 't blame the staff, I blame the management.

Great food, recommendations and service by Gabby and team members on staff. I totally recommend stopping here for lunch, as they have many lunch specials. My sandwich was really good.

I ordered through DoorDash and the driver forgot the coffee in his car. I called the restaurant and spoke to Mason. Mason personally delivered my iced coffee 20 minutes later, free of charge! Outstanding service thank you!
