Palace Social - Houston

Food came out and plate presentation was nice but it was nothing to rave about.. just your basic bar food.

It’s a fun place. Food is to be expected at a bowling and gaming place… Meh. Servers are friendly!

We attended palace social for my fiancés birthday. We made a reservation in advance and brought a cake. The service was terrible. My friends and I had to get up from the table multiple times to get attention from our server. Also, when the cake was brought out, it was brought to the wrong person…..not my fiancé…… Overall, the ambiance and location is nice. Also, the pricing is reasonable. However, the service was terrible and really impacted the overall experience.

I loved everything about Palace Social for my son's birthday gathering. The ambience service was great. Shout out our server Spirit, she was great. Everyone enjoyed their food. My brothers couldn't stop talking about the lemon pepper wings so I had to grab one off the plate. Let's say I will be back for those. I really enjoyed my salmon as well. Thank you Spirit(our server) for all your suggestions. You didn't disappoint.

We sort of surprised the service team with a very large group of about 35 people. They were fantastic and jumped on the opportunity to provide our large group with the best service they possibly could with limited resources. We were very happy with our spontaneous group outing and we will most likely plan for a larger PLANNED group outing here next year!! Thank you!!
