Restaurant bewertenDearest Reader, This correspondence is long overdue. If I understand the meaning of these letters correctly and the meaning behind them then it makes sense for me to be forthcoming. North China is undeniably the best place in the West Memorial Area for Asian Cuisine. Like literally the best. When you order take out, expect that your protein is separate from the sauce. This is a huge deal and a huge difference between NChina and competitors. I absolutely love the shredded pork with Bao buns. This has literally been the only thing I've ordered in my 10+ times. My wife loves their crab Rangoon/crab rolls (as do I). Fried rice is great, doesn't matter which protein or style you go with. Every dish that we've ever had is top notch. I would recommend that if you have an air fryer and decide to order the shredded pork with the Bao buns, that you spray a little oil and fry (3min) your Bao buns for an extra kick of crunch and pazazzz!! You might catch me at North China, but I'll still be South of i10, Mitchell
I found North China on IG. The restaurant is nice. The staff is very nice, and friendly. They have a wide array of lunch specials, all decent priced. I had the moo shu pork, it was delicious! We had their cheesecake for dessert, and it's one of the best I had. I highly recommend North China. We will be back!
The service and the food are amazing, great energy, always have a great attitude. Found my new spot!
Lots of working folk here for lunch during the weekday. I like their lunch special of a meal with an egg roll. The service was fast and attentive! I got the Mandarin shrimp. It was good but the fried rice I wish was not just rice but had veggies and egg in it. The egg roll was yummy, it is vegetarian though. Very big portion size.
My family and I haven't eaten from here in a really long time, so it was nice to be back to dine in for dinner! The restaurant was cozy and spacious. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They provided awesome service to us and everyone around. I was excited when they brought out the complimentary wonton chips- they are addicting. The food was amazing, and it truly hit the spot and satisfied all cravings. At first, the portions of the meat dishes looked relatively small, but it was actually very filling. My favorite was the Beijing beef. The meat was so tender, and there was just the right amount of sauce on it. The minced garlic chicken was also delicious! And honestly, even the rice itself was fantastic. The jjamppong was LOADED. They had pieces of plump shrimp, pork slices, mushrooms, and other vegetables. The noodles were cooked to perfection: chewy and soft. This dish alone could fill me up. I look forward to visiting again and trying other dishes. Great food and great service... what more could you ask for? :D
