Mondo Subs - Houston

Waiting for my order at this restaurant was like waiting for a campus shuttle - it took forever. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The sandwiches were sloppy and poorly proportioned, with ingredients spilling out everywhere. The staff was rude and slow, making me wait 15 minutes just for them to start making my sandwich. The worst part was when I was overcharged for a 12 inch sandwich when I only received a 6 inch one. When I asked for a refund, they were unhelpful and unapologetic. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs - they literally go anywhere else, but not here.

In my opinion, this place is much better than Subway. The lines here are very long, but the speed could be improved. However, it is worth the wait. I will definitely be back for another visit soon.

This restaurant is the worst I've ever been to in terms of customer service, cleanliness, attitude, and hospitality. Google should consider allowing a “0 star” rating just for this place.

Better budgets than subway safe . I enjoyed my subordination and the workers were very polite. thank you.

If you want to really test your patience for an OK sub, this is the place! They aren't improving
