Kfc - Houston

I had another fantastic visit during the evening shift! Today, my dine-in cashier was a polite young man named Matthew. He went above and beyond to freshly prepare my order just as I requested, and he did it all with a wonderful, genuine smile. This is the second time this place has won me over as a foodie by exceeding my expectations. Kudos to the evening crew!

I ordered a chicken bucket from the drive-thru for our Christmas meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The mac and cheese, coleslaw, and cookies were all really good. Unfortunately, the Extra Crispy chicken was a bit overcooked and had too much breading, making it tough. This was my first visit to this location, and I was a bit disappointed because I've had better chicken at other KFCs.
