Jersey Mike's Subs - Houston

I?m a long time customer of Jersey Mike?s, but today I ordered DoorDash deliver and the bottom bread was hard as a rock (maybe leftover bread from day before). I called the restaurant directly to let them know, but Dave (manager) was rude and bragged on how his customers love his bread and he?s from Philadelphia etc! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I suggest pick up from Fry rd at tuckerton for the best service.

I ordered the giant Italian omg I?m stuffed! All that was left was a piece but I think ima fall into a coma! Not the greatest but it was good, I still think jimmy Johns is better, after eating all that I regret it! I mean i did eat it all so it was good but not the best, I won?t be going back again. Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and it was good. I ordered online for pick up and got a giant classic italian and it was definitely giant! Kind of pricey for a sandwich at around 18 bucks for this bad boy, but it's at least 2 or 3 meals worth of sandwich so it's pretty worth it! The service was brief but friendly since I was only picking up my order.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and paid extra for additional toppings. The cashier wrote it down to add toppings and the person that prepared it did not bother to do so. Just be mindful to check because they have done this to me twice! This is unacceptable.

BE BETTER CARSON! I went in to buy food was treated terrible by the associate working there he giving attitude for no reason , was raising his voice while I was trying to order. Turns out HE?S THE MANAGER! Also saw roaches on the floor! Never going there again!! If I could give this a 0 star I would.
