Fluff Bake - Houston

I drove across town and was excited to get some cookies. I was disappointed to find that they were out of couch potato cookies. The way the owner addressed the situation made it even worse! Extremely poor customer service! I'm NOT ever going to be back! She needs to take a class to learn how to be nice and professional!!!

Great cookies. Best oatmeal raisin cookies ever but you have to be persistent. They will say they don't have them but they keep them all for themselves. Worth the trouble to ask.

I finally tried this place today and was so pleasantly surprised. I got the oatmeal cream pie, cosmic brownie cookie and the s’mores cookie. All 3 were delicious and i can’t wait to go back and try more!

This place is adorable and such a great variety of creative desserts. I ordered the couch potato cookie perfectly salty and sweet, the birthday cake whoopie pie, and the croNOT light and fluffy croissant donut with cream that was heavenly! I had to refrain for ordering more and will definitely be back soon to try other goodies on the menu. Must try!

No better bakery or dessert shop in Houston or North America for that matter. I love the owner and seeing her in the store everytime I visit. The range from cookies to pastries to brownies to ice cream to new takes on classic treats is incredible. Take someone on a date here and eat out front at a table or stock up for the week with a massive box—we did both.
