Restaurant bewertenHere in a mood. The French bread was amazingly soft and fresh. Loved the dried herbs and oil diving an excellent compliment to bread. The spaghetti and meatballs were perfectly cooked. The sauce was a little watery, but good. The meatballs were packed and planted with a quick tan in the herbal mix. They were generous and gave me 5 so no big complaint. Lazania was also very thick with cheese and meat. For a medium scale, Italy will definitely go back and recommend it to others.
I went to lunch with my staff who went to this place every week for YEAR! It must be good that someone can literally eat there every week. I expected it to be fair, but I was blown away! It is a cute small room with the classic Italian red white tablecloths. You start with delicious warm bread. The tables have all the oil and grated cheese that makes a tasty bath for bread. They don't have sweet tea, but they have pink lemonade. So far we have been a great start with these articles. I started with the wedge salad. I prefer Ranch on my wedge because I'm not a fan of blue cheese. This wedge was perfectly dressed in beautiful ranch, bacon and tomatoes. For my main course I ordered the Fatuccini Tetrazzini (no onions). This court was large enough to share for 3 people. It was the best fatuccini tetrazzini I ever had! Cereal pieces of chickens and spice mushrooms are mixed with a creamy white sauce, then presented via a bowl of fetters. It was super fresh and hot when it arrived at the table. I can see that this is a desire when the weather gets colder. My colleagues had the pizza and even if I enjoyed myself very much, I had a little food envy. I will definitely try the pizza again! The service was fantastic, the energy was calm, the atmosphere was charming with light dim light, the restaurant was spacious, there were many customers, but it was quiet enough to keep a conversation with our group. I am very impressed by Collinas.
Great place. The staff is fabulous. My daughter loves the paprika pizza and I liked the gluten-free crust margarita pizza, although it definitely used more cheese. We have a service dog and they are always super accommodating. Very alive. Has a very good energy and there are always several larger groups there even on weekdays.
Fantastic pizza at a great price. I started with an order of Focaccia, and I can't say enough good things about my choice. It is soft and crispy and salty and perfect. I ordered the biggest pizza unconsciously because I did not pay attention to the measurements and was surprised to see a pizza in the size of the table: Even with the size of the cake I was surprised that it was only $24! I myself, together with my wife and daughter, could eat a total of 5 pieces. Overall, this was a great journey. The service was good, but a little worse at the end because they had a huge party performance. I can leave the slide. The total bill for pizza, focaccia and a soda was $31 after tax.
This pizza is some of the best I've tasted in Houston. I'm simple with pizza, usually cheese and pepperoni (like I ordered here), and so far it's been consistent. The service is friendly and professional as well, that's always welcome. Good job Collinas ?
