Cicis Pizza - Houston

Quiet place at 12:45. Food and selection was nice. Now we go to the point and find out what you really want to know The lunch buffet price is $7.99 tax and drinks are extra!!!

We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday because she loves pizza, I have no idea what you did with the food, but EVERYTHING tasted disgusting, the pastas we blanden, the ranch tasted either old or like an extremely cheap brand, pizza tasted waxy and even left a waxy residue in my mouth. You changed the ingredients and it's terrible, I couldn't get through 1 piece of pizza. Not even the salad tasted right, about the only thing that was consumable the soda?. Total waste of money and it's sad because my family loved Cicis. They have increased the price, but lower the quality of the ingredients. Flat out terrible... the staff was friendly and it was clean, but nothing of it means when the food tastes like wax plastic and rotted ranch dressing

The night crew, where beautiful. They actually close at 9 (Google beats 10 a.m. closing time), but they still took us in and even offer to take and make any pizza requested. Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely the coming cicis (before 9 lol)

Never been to a CiCis with such great customer service and clean facilities. Hot, fresh pizzas constantly being put out as soon as there's room. The team is on point. Jay was polite and welcoming. You can tell he is experienced, but also a genuinely nice guy who takes pride in his store. Drive the extra few miles past whatever location is nearest you. Won't be disappointed. Sunday afternoon, 1-2pm.

I was greeted my the manager who was very condescending and did not seem to want to help. After this unwelcoming entrance, I headed towards the soup and pasta section. I was presented with a sad display of pasta and no soup. I asked the manager if there would be any soup coming up but he made an excuse saying that there won?t be any until the next manager comes in. This made the experience even worse. Then I moved on to the pizza selection and there was literally nothing but pepperoni and sausage. There was also no cinnamon rolls. It took them about 20 minutes before they came out with more food. I honestly expected a lot more from Cicis. They seemed more worried about making the Togo orders than keeping their buffet stocked.
