Not sure about the barbecue, will have to try it next time, but the firewood is great! Good value for the money and nice selection for both cooking and just burning.

First time visiting Texas and I was looking for a good homemade traditional brisket, came across this hidden gem. The meat was tender, flavorful with right amount of sauce. My husband is not a fan of beans and let me tell you he loved the beans.... perfect serving with amazing flavor and great service. I definitely suggest making a stop here I know I will be coming back.

Very good! It reminded me of Gatlin's but without the rub. The meat had a nice 1/4-inch smoke ring and was incredibly tender and moist—no knife required. I suspect it was sealed in film packaging. The intense smoky flavor definitely boosted my score. No sauce was necessary. The only downside was that I was disappointed to find my plate empty after savoring the ribs and sausage—I wanted more!

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill twice this week, and he is truly a nice man. I spent about 30 minutes at his BBQ stand and was amazed by how popular he is. He also sells firewood, and it seems that the locals really love his BBQ. If only his customers understood the significance of leaving good reviews, he would likely receive thousands of five-star ratings in no time.
