Restaurant bewertenI stayed there in December 2019. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the bathroom spacious! Very quiet and comfortable rooms in general. We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant at the hotel and it was alright. Great hotel for a business trip!
I booked a non-refundable room for March 25 2020 and in the two weeks since that booking the Coronavirus pandemic has cancelled my flight out of the USA as well as the event I was attending in the UK. I contacted the hotel to see if, because of the worldwide events far out of any of our control or ability to foresee, they would refund or offer to reschedule and I was told no. They have already charged me and will not refund or reschedule. The other hotel I booked a non-refundable room with offered a full refund and was quite understanding about these circumstances. Poor business handling on the part of Heston Hyde Hotel, very disappointed they are unwilling to work with me.

The restaurant's website says it is open, but in reality, it is not. They are not serving food, not accepting cash, and not providing room service.
I booked a high-end event for August 2020 at this restaurant, but Amandeep, the event director, has not contacted me for a refund. Government policies do not allow for high-end functions in Britain. I have tried reaching out to Amandeep Kaur (director of storage) and Jorgen Rasmussen (general manager) for weeks without any response. If anyone else has experienced similar issues, please contact me. Avoid booking a high-end event here. I am disappointed and advise against trusting their promises. It is regrettable to see that their behavior does not match their professional image on LinkedIn.
