I ordered two family pizzas and later noticed there were coupons at the counter for a deal on family pizzas—buy one, get the second at 50% off, or get a free medium cheese pizza with a purchase of a large or family pizza. It would have been great if the employee had mentioned this to us before we placed our order. Just a minute after I ordered, I asked if I could apply the coupon for the additional free cheese pizza, but the employee said no. I found this confusing since it was only a minute after our order, and they hadn’t even started making our pizzas yet. The staff also didn't seem very enthusiastic about being there. I won’t be returning to this location.
Really good take and bake pizza for a good price. We paid $14 (with a $3 off coupon) for a Family Size Papa?s Favorite.
I usually like this restaurant, but I was really surprised when I walked in to find my 2-liter bottle of Mountain Dew sitting on top of both of my pizzas. I even commented out loud about it when I entered, but the staff member didn’t respond. There was enough space on the tray to place the bottle next to the pizzas. When I moved the 2-liter, I noticed a large dent on the pizzas that had squeezed the sauce out of the sides. We’re still trying to wrap our heads around this incident.
Several customers tried to enter the restaurant during its supposed hours of operation, but I called Papa and the young man proudly informed me that he had locked the door nearly ten minutes early. If you’re supposed to be open until 7 PM, then you should stay open until that time. If staff need to clean or wrap things up, then you might want to consider closing at 6:30 PM instead. This is not an effective way to run a business.
