Restaurant bewertenHonestly, it was better than anything I've ever had in Louisiana. The seasoning was spot on, and everything was cooked to perfection. This will definitely be a new favorite spot for us when we visit Hot Springs!
The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was served warm, but it was a bit pricey for the quality. The overall taste was okay but a little greasy. The baked green tomatoes were overly wet, which affected their roasting. There was also raw batter beneath the crust. However, the salad was fantastic! Overall, the service was excellent!
This is a fantastic place to eat! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the bar is clean and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy with family. There's also a large parking lot, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend it!
Overall it's a no for me. Service was good and I was immediately seated, but the lack of seasoning in everything just doesn't make me want to return. The gumbo was extra watery and reminded me more of a chicken with rice soup, and although I got the pier special seasoning (all flavors) on my boil, I couldn't taste anything. It seems their main ingredient in their sauce is butter, and I had to ask for more actual seasoning (salt) to taste anything on my boil. It was just a disappointment because I truly don't have to have butter with my boil. Onion rings were the highlight of the night. Prices weren't too bad, but I don't see myself returning.
Plenty of tables so we didn’t have to wait. Our server was quick to get our drink order. We placed our order and a to-go order together. She was great and very attentive. The food was delicious! Best seafood and seasoning we have had in a long time. We will be back!
