I ordered 2 half chicken and chips and found a very dried out chicken and ordinary chips. The chicken and chips cost me $19.80.

The one star goes to the chips, the only edible thing from here. The chicken is always dry and stringy and gets stuck in between your teeth.. tastes like it's been heating from the day before, not even a swamp of gravy and salt makes it palatable. I ordered a pasta salad from here recently as it looked the safest (the other salads literally looked rancid) unfortunately the ham in the salad was well past it's use by as I could smell it when I got it home, of course I threw it out as I didn't feel like getting food poisoning. I really don't know why anyone still goes here, the general comment seems to be that people remember it was good.. 15 or so years ago.. and hope each time they visit that it will return to it's former glory, I doubt it though. If you want a chicken, coles is the way to go.
