Giving 4 stars to be kind. Should actually be 3.5 stars. We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon for the Prime rib, they always did an outstanding job with this, and this visit was no exception. The lady server brought us the drinks fairly quickly and then took the orders. There were only 2 of us and a few others in the dining room. We both ordered the special on Saturdays, the star of the show, the Prime Rib with 2 sides. My sides were a baked potato and French Onion Soup, the au jus and horseradish were included . The meat was rare and done to perfection. The French Onion was just right, browned on top. The baked potato was a disaster. It tasted old and reheated, no amount of butter or sour cream could rescue it. My husband ordered his well done with sides of mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. He was happy. Service came to a snails' pace soon after the main dish was served. No one around to ask for needed things like more napkins and a water refill. The wait began and went on too long. We got the bill and had some sticker shock until we remarked that the pieces of Prime Rib were massive. We will be back next year for the Prime Rib.

This is the best Chinese food I've ever had. House made egg rolls and crab Rangoon blew socks off. The lo mein was the best I've ever had. Fish fry? Unbelievable. They make a decent Manhattan. Joyce is a wonderful lady. Super hard worker, very accommodating and just an all around amazing woman. I live 4 hours away and I'll make it a point to come back here every time I'm in the area. Customer for life.

Definitely not happy! Paid for burnt and unfinished food. Wings are burnt ; they flipped them burnt side down so when I got home ... I didn’t notice until I started to eat. Rolls no glaze. Very very poor presentation of the food.

Lots of TV’s, but all on just a few channels. Manager was very rude when we gently asked if one TV could be changed. Food is not even good “bar food”. Trail house has much better food and service. Only positive thing that HT had was Monday night trivia. They have refused to restart that. You have permanently lost my business.
