Dunkin' - Hopkinsville

Been in the drive through for 25 minutes. Started with only 3 people ahead of me... This is by far the slowest DD/BR I?ve ever been to. Seems to have chronic staffing problems and overworked employees. They were out of basically anything worth putting in a milkshake.

Very nice and clean. Favorite place to get to get coffee and doughnuts

Enjoy having a Hazelnut vanilla ice coffee, but you cant get one on Monday's until after their truck delivery and seems to be the norm for them, this sucks. Common sense tells you if you sell alot of this you order enough as not to run out.

Machine down I order 4 milkshakes had to go to DQ and I like your milkshake better?

Placed my order for pick up. Very poor customer service repeated myself multiple times and after five minutes they said they don't make frozen coffee or have what I ordered. So the entire order wasn't possible and they were rude and slow. Don't recommend this place.
