Chick-fil-a - Hopkinsville

The staff is always professional and fast. I still have to screw my order here. The drive thru can have a long line during peak times, but I feel as if it is processed quite quickly.

The checkout with the pretty red hair was the sweetest, friendly person! She did our day! The manager who grabbed the orders always forgot several peoples food in the pockets, including mine.

Great customer service with a smile. Everyone there seemed really excited to work and loved their job, which is refreshing when you go to a fast food restaurant. I really think the Hopkinsville CFA is the best ever.

Food was great, but it was the first trip thru at a Chick-fil-A, which are slow most are very fast, that is the only reason for 4 stars.
