Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hoover

The pickup ride is ridiculously slow. when someone appears on the window and his order is not ready, courteously ask them to go back on the line, so others who have orders ready to pick them up in time. we have currently waited 24 minutes to pick up our prepaid order, which should be ready 25 minutes ago. we will not be back because of the bad administration of this place.

The first time, chipotle actually try by coincidence, but it was quite decent. I ordered the burrito dish. eating was good and everything was boiled properly, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the amount of meat she put in the bowl. now idk, how chipotle does her relationship, but in the bowl dig to find a piece of meat is a little ridiculous.

If you order in store, chances are they’re out of something (usually veggies), and nobody is in the kitchen working to fix that problem. This is the opposite of what you find at the Galleria location which seems to run like a well-oiled machine.If you order via DoorDash expect about a half serving of meat, even if you order and pay for double.I live nearby but will be going to the Galleria location from now on if I want Chipotle.

Gave this location three chances, I will never go to this location again or prob any chipotle. They are very inconsistent. The location is very dirty. Chips were under the drink fountain. A few times in the past they forgot the juice for the kids meal.Yesterday when I went in the drink machine was very out of carbonation. The drinks tasted flat and very syrupy. There was no hot sauce. The atmosphere sucked. No-one was happy in the store. The location was COLD. You would have to wear a jacket in the location just to stop shivering.Chiptole, everyone is struggling right now with labor, but you had a full staff, some of the people were just standing there and talking. Get it together.

I ordered three chicken bowls some of the chicken was not completed done in all three bowls. My boyfriend got sick stayed in bathroom all night ; of course he gobbled his bowl down. Me and my mom spit out the undercooked chicken. I have been eating at Chipotle since Kansas City 2005 , Atlanta locations 2007 2012 . This location is worst location period ! When this location first opened they were making soup bowls by not draining beans and any vegetables. Now this ….. Corporate needs to come in retrain entire store- ASAP. I will return to Galleria mall location.
