Restaurant bewertenMy fiancé and I flew to Washington for a vacation and happened upon this restaurant. I have to say, the service and food were absolutely amazing.
I had the Loco Moco and Fried Brussel Sprouts at this restaurant. It was the only Loco Moco I had during my trip, and I must say it wasn't bad at all. It had a good flavor to it.
The food and drinks were beautifully presented, but unfortunately they lacked in aroma and flavor. There was nothing that stood out to rave about. We left the restaurant feeling underwhelmed.
The drinks were good, but the staff was not very friendly. As we were leaving around 10:30pm, we saw the hostess with short black hair smoking crack in the alley next to the restaurant with some homeless people. It was entertaining to watch the high homeless individuals walking up and down the street.
The service at this restaurant was disappointingly slow, despite the lack of a crowd. We had to wait 15 minutes to place our order, another 10 minutes for napkins, and an additional 15 minutes for the bill. On top of that, the food was not fresh or flavorful. This place might only be worth visiting for inexpensive drinks during happy hour.
