While these bowls may not strictly adhere to the traditional blueprint of Hawaiian poke, they encapsulate all the quintessential characteristics that make poke bowls so adored freshness, versatility, and flavor. Each bowl was brimming with freshness and the ingredients were harmoniously combined, satisfying our poke cravings.Overall, Poke Bar provides a good poke experience that's a blend of the familiar and the exotic, making it a great destination for any poke lover in town.

My first experience with Poke and this place was great. Lots of choices for both protein and toppings. The Salmon and Spicy Ahí were both delicious. Highly recommend! ??Food: 5/5

Fresh seafood at its best, hubby had the 3 fish combo with tuna, salmon and scallops over greens/salad. Great fresh and healthy meal to start eating our way through the island this week. We got it to go and it was a short 15 min walk back to Hilton Village.Food: 4/5

Build your own poke bowls ! Enjoyed the meal but I thought the poke could’ve been more fresh. Would still recommend to try it out
