I was here to see the band game of my friend...big ambience and vibe... the Kalua pig sleds were great and the French pommes were excellent... right out of the frit. I'm back! I also asked the server if she could turn off one of the lights because of the screen on TV and she said, okay, but never came to it. The server also said they accepted UH Alumni discount, but the other server said they did not when it was about to pay when it was time.

Look You get your daily specialties - the owners have an amazing palate and have such a unique and delicious way of combining flavors. Laulau Eintopf is great, and her cold ginger chicken salad is so refreshing on a hot day.

Excellent service. Checked in my room and was hungry from my flight. Saw down and was treated like family on the go! Best Burger and Fritten on Oahu! All I had was delicious. Will be back when I return to the city for sure

Great drinks and the most friendly people. Malasada a la Mode is also the best at all. It wasn't on the menu I saw, but I asked if they had dessert. Do yourself a favor and do the same. I was in Aston, so this place was super comfortable, tasty, not tourist-over price, and the people here helped me with questions about the area (where to eat, shop, etc. all with great success. What else could you ask?

What a beautiful venue. A huge bar lots of seating and the food is to die for. Local style cuisine with a gourmet touch of eloquence. All made from local produce grown right here in Hawaii. Favorites like poke, Rib eye, Luau Stew, my favorite kalbi short ribs with Kim chee fried rice. Fresh garden salads, and a huge bar ready to appease the happiest of drinkers and non alcoholic beverages alike. Also another Hawaiian custom that is struggling to make a comeback is live music. Local Hawaiian families have a knack for music, and what better than to add that to the other qualities of The Hukilau sports bar and grill. On any given day you can catch the latest in up and coming local artist male or female. I know because I myself play and entertain every Monday for happy hour. From 5 to 8.
